EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

We want your shopping experience at Stooner to be the best possible. If you would like to exchange a size or return an item, we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible.

We truly value everyone who has trusted us and purchased one of our garments.

We offer free size exchanges and returns deducting shipping costs for Spain and Portugal, provided that:

  • The garment is in perfect condition.

  • It has not been worn or washed.

  • It retains its original tags.

  • It is sent properly protected, preferably in its original packaging.

We reserve the right to reject returns of products that show signs of use, wear, dirt, or any alteration.

You have 15 calendar days from receiving your order to request an exchange or return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

CHRISTMAS & THREE KINGS PERIOD

During the Christmas and Three Kings holiday season, we extend our exchange and return period.

Christmas & Three Kings: From December 1st to January 14th, we accept special exchanges and returns.

SIZE EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are free in Spain and Portugal.

You can request an exchange directly through our portal by following the steps indicated on the platform:

Once the request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the garment.

Important:

  • A second exchange for the same order will incur an additional cost of €4.00.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

RETURNS

Returns can be requested through our portal:

The return shipping cost (€4.90) will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.

Once we receive the garment and verify that it meets the conditions stated above, we will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the refund may take several days to appear depending on your bank.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS IN THE REST OF EUROPE

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and amounts to €15.00.
