SHIPPING POLICY:

Upon making a purchase, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will begin preparing your order. If, after the specified time for each country below, you have not received your order, please contact us (stoonerstreetwear@gmail.com) with your order number, and we will find a solution as soon as possible.

Stooner will not be responsible for delivery errors occurring when the delivery address entered by the user in the order form does not match reality or when any information has been omitted.

If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us at (stoonerstreetwear@gmail.com). We will proceed with a refund of the order amount, including shipping costs, provided the order has not been prepared and shipped by our logistics warehouse, in which case it will not be refunded.

However, there may be exceptional or uncontrollable situations resulting in the cancellation of an order. In such cases, Stooner will notify the customer within a maximum of 24 business hours and proceed to issue a refund using the same payment method the customer used for the purchase.
