RETURNS AND SIZE EXCHANGES POLICY:

We offer returns and size exchanges. The shipping costs for exchanges or returns will always be borne by the customer and will depend on the company performing the collection, generally around €6.90 in the Iberian Peninsula and €9.00 in the rest of Europe. We will only process size exchanges or returns when the garment is in perfect condition and no more than 15 calendar days have elapsed since the delivery.

If the customer requests an exchange or return of the purchased item(s) due to an error in choosing the size, we will handle the process for the postal company to collect the clothing as quickly as possible so we can refund the amount paid by the customer or exchange the item for another of the same model with a different size.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR REQUESTING A SIZE EXCHANGE:

1st. Contact us via email (stoonerstreetwear@gmail.com) indicating the size exchange you desire. Always remember to include your full name and your order number in the email (#2908, for example).

2nd. Include in the email an email address and your personal information so we can process your size exchange. Also, write in the email your availability to receive the delivery person, that is, the time range when the shipping company can pick up the order at your home. If you are only available on certain days of the week, let us know. Remember to include changes to the address in the email, as the default is for the delivery person to go to the address where the package was initially delivered.

3rd. Send us the shipping costs (€6.90) through a bank transfer (LT65 3250 0313 8466 7641) or via BIZUM to +34 633797205. The holder of both accounts is Guillermo F. V. It is essential to include your order number accompanied by your request in the bank transfer concept or in the concept section of BIZUM. For example: (#2908 SIZE EXCHANGE).

4th. Once we have received the amount, we will contact you to confirm when the collection of the garment will take place at your home. Normally, Correos Express will collect the item(s) the next business day. Once we receive the order and verify that the clothing is in perfect condition and has not been washed or used, we will proceed with the size exchange. It is essential that the garment is wrapped in the same bag it was delivered in or a similar one at the time of collection. Remember that you have a size and measurements guide that includes the dimensions of our garments in centimeters on all our products.
